Brief |
To convert approximately 3000sqft of disused storage
space into a modern office environment complete with
new power and data positions, new WC's, new suspended
ceiling and lighting.

Ceiling, power, data, mechanical, lighting, floor finishes
joinery, decoration, glazing, external paving, refurbishment of existing sliding sash windows, new WC & Kitchen area

Challenges |
To provide new power and data positions throughout the
area with no under floor access.
To provide a design for a new energy efficient lighting
control system c/w proximity and daylight sensors.

Value Added |
Full design and technical proposals were carried out
by West One including the lighting control system and
the mechanical layouts for the new WC's and kitchen area.
